Medicaid long-term care applications submitted through Quickbase and DC Care Connect will no longer be reviewed and processed; all applications must be submitted through the Partner Portal instead. For a seamless transition to the Partner Portal, it's essential that all of our application assister partners continue to progress through training and set up their credentials.
