The District Direct Partner Portal launched on Monday, February 27, 2023! Medicaid long-term care applications submitted through Quickbase and DC Care Connect will no longer be reviewed and processed; all applications must be submitted through the Partner Portal instead. For a seamless transition to the Partner Portal, it's essential that all of our application assister partners continue to progress through training and set up their credentials.

The Retroactive Medicaid coverage to pay for medical bills that you received
in a Nursing Facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Intermediate Care
Facility for the Developmentally Disabled 3 months prior to filing your
Medicaid Long Term Care Application (retroactive months). The
Retroactive Medicaid Application must be accompanied with the 'Retro Eligibility Attestation Form for Long Term Care Services and Supports (Fillable Form)'
